I work at the intersection of operations, finance, and technology — analyzing business models, building financial frameworks, and turning operational complexity into systems that actually work.
But analysis is only half the picture. I also build software. Every tool in the Topfield portfolio started as something I needed — a better way to run outreach, orchestrate workflows, or manage execution. I ship what I use, and I use what I ship.
Topfield Capital
Topfield Capital LLC is a Delaware holding company I formed in 2025. It holds my work outside the day job: AI consulting engagements and software products.
The thesis is simple. The lower middle market is full of strong businesses with weak technology. AI changes the operating economics of these companies — but most owners don't know where to start, and most consultants oversell and underdeliver. Topfield exists to bridge that gap, whether through advisory, direct implementation, or building the tools ourselves.
How I Think
I compress complexity into frameworks. I look for the system underneath the problem, not just the problem itself. I'm drawn to the intersection of operational rigor and creative building — the space where analysis meets execution.
The most interesting opportunities are in unsexy industries with high operational complexity. That's where AI creates the most leverage, and where the right operator can build something durable.
